Web-based Memorial Form (Web Form) is an e-Memorial form provided by the Land Registry. Web Form with user-friendly features (e.g. validation function) is a one-stop platform that provides a secure, efficient and effective way for preparing memorials for registration. While the memorial should be accompanied with a lodgement list upon delivery for registration, to facilitate the preparation of lodgement list and enhance the accuracy, after completing the Web Form, lodging parties can use the auto-fill function to prepare the lodgement list with the saved memorial data. Both the Web Form and the lodgement list can be saved to their computer for future use. Samples of Web Form and lodgement list can be viewed here.
Lodging parties can use the Web Form online free of charge. Please refer to the Workstation Requirements (Web Form) and the Disclaimer for using the Web Form.
| Important Notice: Pursuant to the Land Registration Fees (Amendment) Regulation 2025, the revision of statutory registration fees under the Land Registration Ordinance (Cap. 128) will come into effect on 1 July 2026 (Phase 2). The web forms with existing registration fees should be used for lodging instruments for registration before 1 July 2026. New web forms with revised registration fees (Phase 2) should be used for lodging instruments for registration on or after 1 July 2026. |
