Statistics

Statistics of Agreements for Sale and Purchase of Building Units

The statistics generally relate to land transactions executed up to 30 days prior to their submission for registration, as there is usually a time lag between the execution of deeds and their lodgement for registration. The average number of days between execution of the Agreements for Sale and Purchase and their delivery to the Land Registry for registration from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 is about 14 days.
