A Customer Service Hotline has been set up for 24-hour access by callers. Callers may obtain general information of our various services and our information leaflets or forms by fax.

Callers may choose to speak to a live operator during office hours (09:00 to 17:30 on Monday to Friday (except public holidays)). A voice mail facility is also available - we shall return calls within 40 minutes after receiving the voice mail during office hours. Calls received after office hours (before 09:00 and after 17:30 on Monday to Friday and calls received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) (except for the Technical Support Help Desk mentioned below) are transferred to the 1823 Call Centre for live operators’ service.

If computer technical support is required, callers may speak to a live operator of our Technical Support Help Desk during the service hours (08:30 to 18:30 on Monday to Friday and 08:30 to 14:00 on Saturday (except public holidays)). A voice mail facility is also available - we shall return calls within 40 minutes after receiving the voice mail during the service hours and shall return calls before 10:00 on the next working day for those voice mails received outside the service hours.
