IRIS Online Services – Enhanced Functions

The following enhancements of the IRIS Online Services (www.iris.gov.hk) will be rolled out at 7:30 a.m. on 27 September 2025 (Saturday).  For enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Manager by: (1) sending email to csa@landreg.gov.hk or (2) calling 3105 0000.



Responsive Web Design

The IRIS Online Services website will adopt a new responsive web design to present web pages fit for different devices and provide better browsing experience for users.

Updated Input Field for Searcher Name

The input field for searcher name will be updated by splitting into “Surname” and “Given Names” fields on the “Personal Information Collection Statement and Customer Confirmation Statement” page.

To enhance the protection of personal data privacy, searchers are required to provide their personal identification information (e.g. name and Hong Kong Identity Card number) for conducting land search through the IRIS Online Services. Please note that the provided information should be the same as that shown on their identification document.
