Pursuant to the Land Registration Fees (Amendment) Regulation 2025, the second phase revision of the fees prescribed under the Schedule to the Land Registration Fees Regulations (Cap. 128B) for registration services will come into effect on 1 July 2026. The revised fees are listed in Annex.
