With effect from 1 October 2024, the Land Registry will revise the fees of the following services:

| 1. Owner's Properties Information Check | HK$2,100 per name |
| 2. Administering Oaths | HK$255 per memorial |
| 3. Supplying Copy of Control Card | HK$10 per card |
