The Government published in the Gazette on 16 May 2025 the Land Registration Fees (Amendment) Regulation 2025 (the Amendment Regulation) to revise the fees prescribed under the Schedule to the Land Registration Fees Regulations (Cap. 128B) for registration services provided by the Land Registry. The revised fees are listed in Annex.
Subject to completion of the negative vetting procedure by the Legislative Council, the revised fees under the Amendment Regulation will come into effect by three phases on 16 July 2025, 1 July 2026 and 1 July 2027 respectively.
