Registration Fee for Instruments without Stated Consideration

1. Please be informed that, following the recent fee revision effective from 3 January 1995, the fee payable for the registration of an instrument without stated consideration is now $530 (now changed to $450).The registration fee chargeable for such instruments is at the same level as that applicable to an instrument with a consideration exceeding $750,000.
   
   
2. The Land Registry will continue to consider an application for refund of registration fee upon production of evidence which shows that a lesser amount of registration fee should have been charged.
