Statistics of Agreements for Sale and Purchase of Residential Building Units : Primary and Secondary Sales from 2021

Sales of residential units refer to sale and purchase agreements with payment of stamp duty. These statistics do not include sales of units under the Home Ownership Scheme, the Private Sector Participation Scheme and the Tenants Purchase Scheme except those after payment of premium. 

Primary sales generally refer to sales from developers. Secondary sales refer to sales from parties other than developers.
