Integrated Registration Information System (IRIS) Online Services

As part of our continual efforts in service improvement, a new search system has been rolled out into service since 21 August 2010 enhancing the IRIS Online Services. The new system is built with enhanced technical design such that search services to customers are delivered in a more stable manner. With this new search system, the operation hours of the IRIS Online Services were extended in August 2010 from 16 hours (i.e. from 8:30 am to 12:30 am the next day) to 20 hours a day (i.e. from 7:30 am to 3:30 am the next day).  On 26 September 2026, the operation hours of IRIS Online Services were further extended to 21.5 hours a day (i.e. from 7:30 am to 5 am (with last order cut-off at 4 am) the next day).

The Land Registry launched a mobile version of the IRIS Online Services on 10 May 2014 to facilitate customers using smartphones and tablets to search land records. The IRIS Online Services website was further enhanced on 27 September 2025 to adopt a new responsive web design to present web pages that are fit for different devices (e.g. desktop computer and mobile device) so as to provide better browsing experience for users.
