Fees and Charges

Fees and charges are reviewed periodically to take into account the full cost of providing Land Registry services, the impact of inflation, the retained reserves and the implementation of efficiency improvement projects and new services. Fees for search, copying and application fees for opening new IRIS Online Services Subscriber Account and for each supplementary Login ID were reduced on 12 February 2005 and 1 April 2006 respectively.
