Customer Service Hotline 3105 0000

An interactive Customer Service Hotline has been set up which allows a 24-hour access by callers. A wide range of information is available by listening to recorded messages or obtaining our information leaflets and forms by fax. Callers may choose to speak to a live operator during office hours. A voice mail facility is also available - we shall return calls within 60 minutes after receiving the voice mail during office hours and shall return calls before 10:00 on the next working day for those voice mails received during non-office hours.

From 21 August 2010, the Land Registry has enhanced the hotline service and extended the live operators' service hours (except the Technical Support Help Desk ) by transferring calls received before 09:00 and after 17:30 on Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and calls received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays to 1823 Call Centre.
