Following the successful launch of the e-Alert Service API and the Land Search API for Authorized Institutions (AIs) under the Banking Ordinance (Cap. 155) through the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Commercial Data Interchange and the Digital Policy Office’s Consented Data Exchange Gateway in 2025, the LR has expanded the API to include OPIC Service as of January 2026.

With the consent of property owners, AIs can access our up-to-date ownership information in a direct and machine-readable format, facilitating the automation of their work processes.

The latest editions of the SI and CRT were released for sale on 30 April 2026. They are handy tools to help customers correlate property addresses, building names or lot numbers for conducting land searches.

The price of the SI and CRT on compact disc is HK$370 each. The licence fee is HK$2,960 for a computer network linked to less than 50 terminals and HK$5,920 if linked to 50 terminals or more. You can obtain the information leaflets and order forms here.
