Award of 15 Years Plus Caring Organisation Logo for 2024/25
The LR has been participating in the Caring Company Scheme organised by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) for 19 consecutive years, demonstrating our consistent and strong commitment to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility.
In recognition of our department’s achievement in caring for the community, the environment and our employees, the HKCSS has awarded us the “15 Years Plus Caring Organisation Logo” for 2024/25.
The Secretary for the Civil Service’s Commendation Award cum Civil Service Volunteer Commendation Award Presentation Ceremony 2025
Congratulations to Ms YIP Yee-yin, Clerical Officer, who was selected under the Secretary for the Civil Service's Commendation Award Scheme 2025 in recognition of her consistent exemplary performance and dedication to providing quality services of the LR.
In recognition of the LR Volunteer Team’s outstanding performance and contributions to volunteer work, we received the Outstanding Volunteer Team Award in Category II (Small departments) under the 2025 Civil Service Volunteer Commendation Scheme.
Additionally, our volunteer team members, Ms Alice LEUNG, Registry Manager, and Mr Dickson TSE, Senior Land Registration Officer, received the Excellent Volunteer Award in the Bronze Prize.
Hong Kong Volunteer Award 2025
The LR received the Hong Kong Volunteer Award 2025, jointly organised by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau and the Agency for Volunteer Service, in acknowledgement of our dedicated contributions and unwavering commitment to promoting volunteerism throughout the year.

The LRTF Annual Report 2024/25 received the Gold Award in the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) 2024/25 Vision Awards under the category “Government – City/State/National.”
The LACP’s recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to producing high-quality annual reports that effectively communicate our work and achievements to stakeholders.
