Sale of Street Index (46th edition) and New Territories Lot/Address Cross Reference Table (15th edition)

The 46th edition of the Street Index and the 15th edition of the New Territories Lot/Address Cross Reference Table (CRT) are available for sale.  The order forms can be downloaded here.

The new edition of the Street Index features over 560 amendments with one new street and 63 new lots/sections/subsections added.  In the new CRT, over 3,200 amendments have been made and 12 new streets and 2,082 new lots/sections/subsections have been added.

The cost of the new editions of the Street Index compact disc and CRT compact disc is HK$250 each.  The respective licence fees are HK$2,000 for a computer network linked to less than 50 terminals and HK$4,000 if linked to 50 terminals or more.

IRIS Online Services Mobile Version

The Land Registry launched a mobile version of the IRIS Online Services on 10 May 2014 to facilitate customers using smartphones and tablets to search land records.  The mobile version is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems.  It provides services for search of land registers, land documents and unposted memorial information.  Please click here for more details.
