Land Titles Ordinance
After briefings and exchange of views with members of the Land Titles Ordinance Steering Committee (LTOSC) on the revised proposal of the "Two-Stage Conversion Mechanism", the Land Registry is further revising the proposal and the rectification and indemnity arrangements to address some new issues and concerns raised by stakeholders. Subject to responses from stakeholders, a public consultation on the proposed amendments to the Land Titles Ordinance will be launched in due course.

IRIS Enhancements
In March 2014, we enhanced the IRIS Online Services by changing the colour of the hyperlinks to red on the "Acknowledgement" and "Enquiry Search/Order Status" screens if the documents have been viewed or downloaded.
