Over the past fifteen years, the men and women of the Land Registry have worked together to build and maintain trust in the land register so that all the families and businesses in Hong Kong who own and deal in property can go about their lives and business more easily, more securely and more happily.  The integrity of the records we keep and integrity in all dealings is fundamental to maintaining public trust.

To mark this commemorative 15th anniversary, you are cordially invited to our exhibition of services which is being held at the Queensway Government Offices.  This exhibition showcases our past history, our present services and our commitment to serve Hong Kong even better in the future. You will see how the Land Registry has developed in these years, and the work done by each member of the department to contribute to an efficient and a secure system of property dealings in Hong Kong.

I would like to thank all staff, our customers and partners for their support, ideas and encouragement over the first fifteen years in which the Land Registry has operated as an individual agency. Over these years, they have witnessed the development of the Land Registry and our delivery of quality services to the community.
