Notice of Change of Particulars under Section 12(3) of Building Management Ordinance

Under Section 12(3) of the Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344), the secretary of the management committee shall, within 28 days of the date of any change in the particulars registered under subsection (2), give notice thereof to the Land Registrar in the specified form 'Notice of Change of Particulars' (LR 124).

Please note that with immediate effect, the form can be downloaded from the GovHK website at www.gov.hk/changeaddress in addition to the Land Registry website.
