Either the full share or wordings such as "Deceased's estate, right,
title and interest of and in (the undivided shares of the premises
affected)" is acceptable.

We accept the completion of the Undivided Share box with wordings
such as 'the vendor's estate right, title and interest of and in (the

shares of and in the premises affected)'. The description should tally
with that shown in the instrument.

entered.

Nothing is required to be stated in the Undivided Share box.

You should state '(the share affected) of (the undivided shares

If the premises affected is the whole unit, the completion of this
box is optional. However, if the premises affected is only part/portion
of a unit, it is not necessary to fill in this box.
