New Service Survey
The Land Registry is studying the feasibility of providing a new service tentatively called "e-Alert" at a fee which will only be available to property owners and confining to their own properties. An owner subscribing to the service will be alerted via e-mail when a document (e.g. Repair Orders under the Buildings Ordinance) affecting his/her property is lodged for registration within the subscription period. He/She may order a copy of the document at a separate fee by using the Land Registry's search services.
